Half-Marathon Clinic

This program is for anyone who wants to complete their first half-marathon or improve on their previous half-marathon times. This clinic can also benefit triathletes.

Winter Session – $130 for 40 organized runs

Thursday January 2, 2025 to Sunday May 15, 2025 (20 weeks)

Thursday evenings at 6:05 PM from GoodLife Fitness downtown (King & Wellington).

Sunday mornings at 8 AM from Goodlife Fitness downtown (King & Wellington)

Tuesday June 3, 2025 to Thursday October 16, 2025 (20 weeks)

Thursday evenings at 6 PM from Gibbons Park (Grosvenor St. parking lot)

Sunday mornings at 8 AM from Gibbons Park (Grosvenor St. parking lot)
NOTE: July and Aug Sunday runs will be at 7 AM to avoid the heat.

There will be an intro session on the first night for the start of each session.

WINTER CLINIC: First session will be at Crabby Joes on Dundas St. just east of Wellington Road at 6 PM, Thursday January 2.  A PDF of the training program will be emailed to you the day before the first session of your clinic.

SUMMER CLINIC: First session will be at Crabby Joes on Dundas St. just east of Wellington Road at 6 PM on Tuesday June 3 at 6 PM for an easy run with your new group. A PDF of the training program will be emailed to you the day before the first session of your clinic.
